I am not only a trainer, but also a client of my own training philosophies. Through years of trial and error, I've finally found that a perfectly structured workout plan is the key to fitness success. I've transformed from a weak 135-pound 18-year-old to a bodybuilder prepping for his first show in the fall of 2014- all by following a PLAN. Most people fail to consider a structured workout regime and wonder around the gym mindlessly. That's where I come in.
